Room 1 is light and airy. It has a cathedral ceiling, a sky light and windows that face east and south which look out onto the hay field, gardens and sunrise. It has a double bed with room for a fold out twin bed. Adjoining this room is a private spacious bathroom.

$130 per night

$25 per night for fold out twin bed

$15 per night for child (11 and under)

All rates are subject to 7% tax.

Winter Special $100 per night

Room 2 is set up as a suite. It has a sitting area, bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious private bath which has a separate claw foot tub and a shower. This room faces south and west providing a view over the hay fields and spectacular sunsets.

Winter Special $100 per night

First time stay, 10% less. Solo travelers 10% off room rates. Last minute reservations are welcome.

Laundry Options: There is a Laundromat .7mi away. Arrangements can be made to have us do it for you; rates available upon request.

Check-In: 3PM or by prior arrangement. Check-Out: 11:00AM luggage may be left for the day.

Deposit: One night’s stay must be received one week in advance of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund of deposit. With less notice, deposit will be refunded, less a $20.00 cancellation fee, if room is re-rented. We regret that no refunds can be made for early departures unless room can be re-rented.
