Rates are based on double occupancy.

Room 1

Summer: 2 nights minimum. Holidays: 3 nights minimum.
Off season single night stays welcome except holidays; 2 nights minimum.

Check-In: 4PM. Check-Out: 10:00AM.
(Early Bird Check-In or Late Check-Out will be charged for an additional half day fee.)


Deposit: Your credit card may be used to secure a reservation followed by a payment. A
deposit of 50% is required for 2 or more nights and a single night’s stay requires full
payment.

Payment: Checks preferred, cash or credit cards.


Gift Certificates are available. May be bought by the night or dollar amount.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be charged a $25 handling fee. Cancellation & rebooking notices received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund minus the handling fee. With less notice, deposit will be refunded, minus the handling fee, if room is re-rented. We regret that no refunds can be made for early departures unless room can be re-rented.

Kindly Note: There are no kitchen privileges. For your convenience, we have added a small guest refrigerator.

RATES

Room 1 is light and airy. It has a cathedral ceiling. Windows that face east and south which look out onto the hay field, gardens and sunrise. It has a queen size bed. Adjoining this room is a private spacious bathroom.

Room 2

BED & BREAKFAST 

Room 2 is on the first floor. The room has east & west exposure offering a glimpse of sunrise and sunset. It has a queen size four poster bed, a cathedral ceiling & ceiling fan. Adjoining this room is a private bathroom.

$160 per night
